Lost 47 and counting!*
Jane McBride,
I suffer from a familial myasthenia syndrome and doing simple household chores is a constant challenge. My illness led to loss of my job and major situational depression. I slowly started gaining weight as my illness started, then spiraled out of control. Over a decade I gained 50 plus pounds, reaching my highest weight ever at 257. I managed to get my weight down to the 230s but then stalled for years.
I saw an advertisement for Factor4 and decided to give it a try. The information provided said that some individuals might initially gain weight...I was one of those lucky individuals. I gained close to ten pounds and said enough is enough. I stopped taking it for about a month but I noticed almost immediately I was not feeling as good as when I was taking the Factor4. I reordered, followed directions exactly and coupled with a food diary.
To date I have lost 47 pounds and plan to continue to lose another 20-25 to achieve my goal of a healthy normal BMI.
